Jared Tarbell Presented a fine lecture featuring his delightful open source computational works of art at ARTS Lab April 15, 2011. Jared kept the room enchanted as he deconstructed his methods and inspirational moments for us. Sharing moments such as the cracked window decal which led to his “most viewed” algorithm, and the disarming simplicity of the process, he kept us all delighted and wanting more!
True to his most generous nature, Jared gave away laser cut cubes, links to open source and programs designed for the artist, and talked personally to his “fans” after the talk.
The standing room only crowd was thoroughly enchanted!
