ARTSLab is excited to continue its partnership with Unity in Spring 2026 with two free webinars and two free 10-hour courses, open to anyone in the state of New Mexico.
We had the pleasure of hosting the Traditions of Endurance conference here at ARTSLab on March 31, 2023.
UNM students Jordan Martinez and Travis Thompson, studying under the guidance of Ian Wallace, organized this gathering of indigenous community leaders to discuss research methods.
ARTSLab Associate Director Stewart Copeland and his Augmented Spaces class created an interactive installation to illustrate some of the newest methods of biometric data visualization. Additional speakers shared valuable knowledge, and we were all treated to a mesmerizing hoop dance by ShanDien Sonwai LaRance.

ARTSLab was recently featured in two articles highlighting its work at the intersection of art, technology, and innovation, including student-led projects and a NASA-funded VR initiative.
