Unity x ARTSLab Spring 2026 Offerings
ARTSLab is excited to continue its partnership with Unity in Spring 2026 with two free webinars and two free 10-hour courses, open to anyone in the state of New Mexico.
The print took 10 days and measures almost three feet long and weighs approximately 14.5 Kg.
Here at ARTSLab we were ecstatic to be able to help UNM Sculpture faculty member and local artist Welly Fletcher complete one of her new sculptures for her solo show SLANT at Richard Levy Gallery in downtown Albuquerque.
The process started with a hand-built clay maquette. Fletcher 3D scanned that initial clay sculpture, with assistance from UNM MFA student Nancy Dewhurst, using ARTSLab’s Artec Leo 3D Scanner. The digital model was then scaled up and printed on the Big Rep One 3D Printer. Fletcher finished the sculpture with a custom steel armature.
